Noel Peterson was great, very helpful. My only concern was when signing paperwork. Which I am at fault as well for not asking for explanation of all that was on the paperwork. Price add ons, interest total. And overall cost of the vehicle. Which when I got home I looked at because it wasn’t explained step-by-step during the process.

Took my 2020 Chevy Trax for check engine light service on 7/21/25. Waited for 2 hrs just to be told what I had already told them what was wrong when the check engine light appeared on the dashboard and had already taken to Autozone Diagnostics on the weekend of 7/12/25 revealed it was the Canister Purge Valve which the dealership did not have in stock. As of today (7/24/25)still waiting on the part. I thought my vehicle had already been fixed after waiting for two hours but was told it was the purge valve which was not in stock. Which I had already told them when I called the service dept. on 7/14/25. Very dissatisfied on waiting time.

Frank was real friendly. He took his time and showed me the different trucks. He even noticed I was getting a little hot out side looking and he went in side to bring me a nice cold water. After a week of my truck being in the service dept I called to get an update. I had to leave a message that I needed an update on my truck. When the service writer called me back he had no idea of the status of my truck and had to call me back. He called back and told me the part needed was on back order and had no idea how long it would be. I picked my truck up and took it to Freedom Chev. A week later they called me that it was ready.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation done on Monday - so I called Friday to ck if there was an appt spot 1st thing because I needed the car by 930am if possible. I was told no problem, bring it in at 7am and it would be done. Dropped off to new service advisor who called me 3 difft names before I was done, finally got it right and I left. Tahoe not finished on time causing prob for getting to rehab for fathers in law. They did give us a 10% discount which was good, but I’ve never had this kind of a negative experience in over a decade of loyal business to this dealership.

I had a brake inspection performed. They switched service advisors with out telling me why. The inspection was just for my back brakes but they also inspected my front ones. They said l needed the front ones replaced as well but as the back ones. The price was way too expensive even after the service advisor said that he talked to his manager to lower the prices.They tack on a lot of extras not needed and everything new. I had my back brakes replaced at a small fraction of their price at a small auto shop.
