Frank was real friendly. He took his time and showed me the different trucks. He even noticed I was getting a little hot out side looking and he went in side to bring me a nice cold water. Than we went in side and his manager Richard came out and talked to me. All I can say is wow these people care about the customers. I felt like I had been there before. Made me feel at home. Than after Richard and Frank took care of me I meet a guy named JR the finance guy. He was amazing got me taken care of all my paperwork.

This visit was for an oil change and tire rotation, and they were able to fit us in last minute, which we really appreciated. After a week of my truck being in the service dept I called to get an update. I had to leave a message that I needed an update on my truck. When the service writer called me back he had no idea of the status of my truck and had to call me back. He called back and told me the part needed was on back order and had no idea how long it would be. I picked my truck up and took it to Freedom Chev. A week later they called me that it was ready.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation done on Monday - so I called Friday to ck if there was an appt spot 1st thing because I needed the car by 930am if possible. I was told no problem, bring it in at 7am and it would be done. Dropped off to new service advisor who called me 3 difft names before I was done, finally got it right and I left. Tahoe not finished on time causing prob for getting to rehab for fathers in law. They did give us a 10% discount which was good, but I’ve never had this kind of a negative experience in over a decade of loyal business to this dealership.

Ron is a real pro. First, he alleviated my concerns by phone by offering complementary diagnostic check battery check. Then, when I made it to the dealership after work, Ron quickly determined that my battery had gone critical and had a new battery ready for install. I was in and out in less than an hour. I had a brake inspection performed. They switched service advisors with out telling me why. The inspection was just for my back brakes but they also inspected my front ones. They said l needed the front ones replaced as well but as the back ones. The price was way too expensive even after the service advisor said that he talked to his manager to lower the prices.They tack on a lot of extras not needed and everything new. I had my back brakes replaced at a small fraction of their price at a small auto shop.

I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation after a new vehicle purchase . I doubt the tires were even rotated and specified that each tire be inflated to 35psi The tires remained the same psi before I took it in. I don’t know if the service people just don’t care or that the customer will not be aware of the service received. Your man Hector at the service desk told them specifically to inflate the tires but they remained the same.

Paid for a diagnostic test that didn’t need to be conducted and was quoted a price over twice of what it should have been for the repair. Was told that the guys don’t do very many of that repair so the labor hours could have been even more then I was quoted. Which I was told by a tech at another dealership should have been around 8 hours. Was quoted at over 16 for my truck. I should have never taken my truck to Brown. Was a complete waste of time and my money. I even bought that truck there. I will never do business again with them!! The WiFi or the phone lines were down so I never got a receipt for my visit. I got an email and a car fax report though.
