One they could not fine any problem with the transmission cause they need to keep it longer for testing I need a loaner vehicle for transportation they told me they didn’t have any at the time they would let me know when they have one available I called them and told them that the transmission is still doing the same thing I haven’t heard anything back from the service department

I had an appointment for 9:00 am and I arrived right before 9. I didn't leave the dealership till 10:40. They said that they were working on another vehicle with a recall, they never bothered to let me know what was going on. Then when they finally finished my truck I got in it to leave, it smelled so bad like gas that I had to roll the windows down to air it out.

Noel Peterson was great, very helpful. My only concern was when signing paperwork. Which I am at fault as well for not asking for explanation of all that was on the paperwork. Price add ons, interest total. And overall cost of the vehicle. Which when I got home I looked at because it wasn’t explained step-by-step during the process.

Took my 2020 Chevy Trax for check engine light service on 7/21/25. Waited for 2 hrs just to be told what I had already told them what was wrong when the check engine light appeared on the dashboard and had already taken to Autozone Diagnostics on the weekend of 7/12/25 revealed it was the Canister Purge Valve which the dealership did not have in stock. As of today (7/24/25)still waiting on the part. I thought my vehicle had already been fixed after waiting for two hours but was told it was the purge valve which was not in stock. Which I had already told them when I called the service dept. on 7/14/25. Very dissatisfied on waiting time.

Frank was real friendly. He took his time and showed me the different trucks. He even noticed I was getting a little hot out side looking and he went in side to bring me a nice cold water. Than we went in side and his manager Richard came out and talked to me. All I can say is wow these people care about the customers. I felt like I had been there before. Made me feel at home. Than after Richard and Frank took care of me I meet a guy named JR the finance guy. He was amazing got me taken care of all my paperwork.
